Applying for Graphic Supervisor position

Firstly, people who are applying for this job need to have Adobe Photoshop as their main picture editing software. Also, the oldest version acceptable is Adobe Photoshop CS2.

What it means to be a graphics supervisor? Well what you practically do is play with images and make them look pretty (^__^).

Graphics supervisors are in charge of 2 things: screenshots and banners. Although you can just be in charge of one of them if you like.

Concerning the screenshots

Well, I'll use one of our anime blogs as an example here.

As you can see, the first thing we have is a JPEG picture which shows the title of the series and the episode number. This picture consists of only 6 screenshots of the anime (no more and no less). Lalarhs will most likely make the first episode picture for you as a basis and send you the PDD file. Afterwards, you simply use that to make the others.

The dimensions for this is 580x325.

Next we have the pictures of opening and ending themes. The maximum amount of screenshots used in this are 12 and the minimum is 6. The pictures must also be PNG files not JPEG.

Lastly we have the main screenshots of the episode. The first picture consists of 21 screenshots of the episode. Afterwards, the numbers vary. This is probably the most problematic part since there is no exact number of screenshots or pictures you should make. Therefore, Lalarhs will be the one who will tell you exactly how many you need to make. She will also send you the PDD file that will be the basis for making the pictures. These pictures must also be PNG files not JPEG.

Important notes:
- We need you to have screenshots that DON'T have subtitles on them, in other words we like them to be 'clean'.
- We only accept high quality of screenshots and pictures.

Concerning the banners

We need people who can make banners for the series we're blogging. Each banner must have the words 'Kawaii Kawaii' Anime/Manga/Drama/Music/Movie (it depends on which section you're making it for). Although these banners need to suit the series of which one you're making it for. For example if it's a murder-type anime, then it wouldn't make sense to make the main colour theme of the banner to be hot pink or having the characters in it dancing around, now would it?

Take note that you might need to prepare yourself for any negative comments regarding your work. If most of us here don't like it, then take it like a man and don't sulk or scream at us for rejecting your work.

To apply for this job,we need you to design another version of our homepage banner and a banner of an anime series. The homepage banner MUST have the words 'Kawaii Kawaii Home' on it. As for the anime banner, you MUST have the words 'Kawaii Kawaii Anime' and the title of the series.

Whether you'll be accepted or not will be decided by these two banners.
